Pricing your Order:
     •  Price Box is based on one color/one side per the product listed.  Wholesale Pricing is listed on each product page.

Information Need for Quotes:
     •  Quantity

     •  Any Changes (copy or color) during the run

Supplying Artwork:
     •  Please use one of the following formats:  EPS or AI in vector based format.  PDF, PSD, TIF, and other bitmap art need to be at 300 dip resolution.
     •  All artwork remains the property of VictoryBackDoor.com until purchased with product

Colors:
     •  We do our best to match your colors from our standard choices.  If you require an exact color match, there will be an additional charge of $50.00
        per color for non-standard colors.  Colors that require an off series number, will add an additional $50.00 to your PMS Color change, to equal $100.00.

Shipping:
     •  Shipping for all orders is paid for by the customer, unless otherwise specified as a line item on your estimate.
     •  We will ship by the most economical means generally via UPS Ground.  If you need expedited shipping, UPS offers several options.  Check with your
        Customer Service Representative for costs and availability.
     •  Please advise us when you order, if you need residential delivery or commercial, since most carriers have different fees for these services.
     •  Split shipments (two or more destinations on the same day and same P.O.) add $5.00 handling for each destination.

Cancellations:
     •  Orders cancled after set-up but prior to production will be subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee.
     •  Orders canceled after production has begun will be subject to a fee of 50% of approved cost.

Late Fee:
     •  Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

Problems after Delivery:
     •  Customers have 72 business hours to contact us with any defect or shortage with their order.
