VictoryBackDoor.com is dedicated to providing our wholesale customers with high quality products and the lowest prices.  All prices are quoted from the supplier and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

100% due upon order placement, unless credit approval has been given.
 

Shipping Terms

Shipping on all orders is not included unless specified as a line item.
 

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after set-up but prior to production will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.  Orders canceled after production has begun will be subject to a fee of 50% of approved cost.
 

Artwork

All artwork remains property of VictoryBackDoor.com until purchased with product.
 

Late Fee

Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
 

Problems After Delivery

Customers have 72 business hours to contact us with any defect or shortage with their order. After that time, VictoryBackDoor.com cannot guarantee replacements
